Select the application suitable for your
inspection.

WebConnector
To download building, click on the cloud icon
to access the WebConnector.

Download Building
Tap “Download Building” at the bottom
of the screen.

Search a Building
Input building name in the search field and
hit "search" at the bottom right corner.

Get Building
Tap a building to select it for download.
You’ll see a checkmark on the selected
building.

Hit “Get” at the top screen.

Inspection
You will be prompted with a selection.
“New/Routine”
to do a new inspection.
“Previous Inspection”
to continue a previous
or ongoing inspection.

Scanning a Barcode
To scan the barcode click the “Camera Scan”
on the bottom of the screen.

Align the barcode on your camera
and you will hear a beep.

Fill Out the Details
Input the device information
and inspection result.

Device Inspection Status
In here you will indicate ‘Passed’ or ‘Failed/
Other’ status based on the result of your
inspection.

For example, the fire extinguisher that you
inspected has failed, tap the "Failed/Other"
status tab.

Then the
"Comment" and "Solution"
section will appear.
Service Section
In the "Service Section", this is where you
can choose what service you performed to
the device using the drop-down menu.

Comment Section
In the "Comment" section, you will indicate
the reason of failure using the drop-down
menu.

Solution Section
While in the ‘Solution’ section, you will
state the recommended solution based on
the reason of failure for the failed device
using the drop-down menu.

Scan More Device
Once done, tap "Device Details" to go back.

When you’re done click “Devices” to scan
another device to inspect or click Camera
Scan at the bottom.
When you’re finished with the inspection,
go back by clicking "Buildings".
Finalizing Inspection
Click to Proceed
When you’re finished with the inspection,
go back to the WebConnector by clicking
the cloud icon.
Sending Inspection Report
Click to Proceed
Upload Inspection
Select the building and hit “Send” to
upload the inspection.
Click to Proceed
Upload The Data
Click the button "Send" to upload the
inspection data.
